Where's my STAR??????
To find your star, you need a map, a plan, in plain talk..."Goals".

To determine your personal goal(s), THINK about unfulfilled dreams in your life. Then, read these questions:
  • If you won the lottery, what would be the first two things you would change in your life?
  • What would you do if you knew you could not fail?
  • What are your 3 greatest accomplishments to date?
  • What is your hot button, ...your grand passion,... what could change a bad day into an awesome day?
  • Take 5 minutes and LIST things that comes to mind.
  • After you make your list and reflected on it, make another list about how your life would change.
Like what you see?

No?...then take another 5 minutes and list different choices.
Yes? Then write your first (click here) goal.
Remember: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Dated, Challenging
Now since you haven't reached your goal already, there must be obstacles.
  • List three main obstacles.
  • Next, list three solutions for each obstacle.
  • Finally list three rewards for each solution.
  • Congratulations! You have reached the evaluation point.
Is this goal what you really want? Because if it is, why haven't you achieved it already?
  1. It's too much work for the reward, therefore no longer a goal.
  2. There has been a lack of focus, now remedied because I have a goal program.
Remember, YOU are the master of your goals,
YOU decide which goals are worth pursuing.
Goals can be changed at any time.
Goals need to be reviewed and revised every 3 to 6 months, and
when they are attained!
Once you have a goal, Read it three times a day, (especially right before going to sleep) take action on the solutions and remind yourself of the rewards, to keep
your motivation at a high level
Good luck!
